Walk to the Lake

This last sound that I have for you is one that was Actually on the soundwalk because unfortunately my sound walk wasn't very eventful or exciting. I took a walk with the intention of getting down to the lakefront for Ultimate Frisbee practice. Best Sport ever. Anyway I was walking down Ravine Road when I captured this sound. Take a GANDER!

Edina Backyard Bonfire

I was home one of the weekends and I thought Hey why not bring my MD Recorder back to the Twin Cities and get some killer sounds from the best state in the world MINNESOTA. however motivation was lacking but I did manage to have a backyard fire pit and I recorded some of those sounds that I heard. Edina is a suburb bordering Minneapolis just to the west. In case you were wondering! Check out this SOUND!

Freedom Beyond Two Doors

As I walked through the lobby I heard a rush of echoy noise that surrounded me. The song "Free Fallin" was playing in the background. Phones were ringing at the front desk along with many more numerous noises. Then i walked through the main doors and the quality of noises changed along with the noises that were being rcorded. It was a big difference. Listen!

Escape from the Elevator

I found that the utter silence from the elevator minus the beepng of the passing floors created a great contrast to when the elevator doors opened to an increasing amount of sound. As i walked through the area just outside the elevator, I heard such things as a sticky shoe with each step. A girl in high heels and the conversations of those that past. Check it out!

Lost MD Recorder

In getting ready to adventure on my sound walk for my first drift I couldn't find my mini-disc recorder. I had my headphones, microphones, back up batteries, and keys ready to go. But i searched high and low for my mini-disc recorder and couldn't find it. I finally opened the drawer to my desk and there it was. Just where I forgot I left it. As i opened the drawer i realized hey, this could be a killer sound to record. Check it out here.
